Paisley at 6 months

Some of you may remember Sweet "P" from a few months ago, you can see her session HERE
Well lil' Miss Paisley is 6 months old and I was thrilled when her Mom called me to have more portraits done. What a sweetie she was! Even though she took a little dive off the rocking chair at the beginning of the shoot, she was a trooper. Under the shade tree in the tall grass we giggled and played the summer morning away.

The Barton Family

The Bartons are such an amazing family. Some of you may know Kim, owner of the (now sadly closed) Wild Ivy home decor shop in Kuna. It was a treat to get to go to their house (I always wondered how cute her house must be...yep its as cute as you might imagine!) Kim had some great ideas and locations already planned. Its always refershing to shoot at new locations. Unfortunatlly one location didn't work out so we went with the trusty bridge and creek spot (one of my standby favorites anyway).

These are special photographs as their oldest daughter is now off to college. This is a perfect time to get a family portrait, becasue its the end of one chapter and the beginning of may new ones. Congratulations, and Good luck!

Bridgewater Kids

It was such a joy to photogaph these sweet kiddos again this year. You can see their family session from last year HERE We decided on a country/farm look this time around. The kids had so much fun playing with the vintage wagon and trucks, picking apricots from the trees and running down the dirt road. It was a perfect eveining for a session and we had a blast together!

So after we finished up the group shots, Adison's Mom showed me this petti skirt she wanted to do some pictures with. Oh my! I think I squealed with joy when I saw it!! Little Addison was such a model and loved twirling and showing off her cuteness. We had so much fun together, I just couldn't stop snapping away!

Baby Grace

Little Gracie and her family were such a joy to photograph. Her big brother was full of energy like every little boy should be! I had to laugh when we had to turn on the vacuum to get her to sleep, she sure wanted to be a stinker, but it worked, and thats all that mattered!
