What an amazing family, I cannot begin to tell you what great people the Funk's are! It was such a pleasure photographing their beautiful family. The love Brandi & Rick have for eachother and their kids shows in every photograph. Raising 2 special needs children is no easy task, but they do it with dedication, strength, passion, and love.

Josh's Senior Portraits

I couldn't wait to do Josh's senior portraits. He had some great ideas incoprating some of his favorite things and showcasing his awesome personality. The afternoon was perfect as we drove around his little home town shooting several unique locations.

Then off to Bogus we went to get some shots, doing one of his favorite things

With their oldest son graduating, they decided that a family portrait was in order. And there was no better place for them than at Bogus Basin where they spend their favorite moments together. What a great idea!!

Jessica Class of 2010

Yes, its been a while since I've updated the blog... but that dosn't mean I haven't kept busy these past few months! As I catch up getting these awesome sessions posted (yes, that is SNOW you see in these pictures!) I hope you enjoy viewing them as much I I enjoyed creating them!

Jesssica was such a joy to photograph. She was so comftrable in front of the camera and wasn't afraid to rock the session! Rain, snow, cold? It didn't matter and not once did she complain about the weather conditions... while I was shivering in my coat she was posing and smiling, even when wearing a dress! Thanks Jessica I loved photographing you!

Sweet "P"

Baby "P" at 3 weeks old was such a sweetie! Awake she was happy and content and asleep she was just a doll. Her Mom had the cutest hair bows and props ready for our session (little girls are just so fun!). I loved photographing her!

The Kelly's and a Princess

One thing I have been blessed with in this life is the most amazing, supportive, and caring friends anyone could ask for. At the top of that friend list is Tara, I know God brought her into my life specifically and knowing her has enriched my life beyond words. Tara also happens to be a photographer, so we often "trade" services doing eachothers family portraits. We lucked out on this foggy winter day, which was a perfect backdrop with the hip retro couch in the field look. I have to say I LOVE this picture! (oh, and props to Tara who did the post processing on this image)

My daughter tagged along on the shoot, she was all dressed up (heading to a Christmas party) so Tara grabbed the camera and got this wonderful shot of her. One of my favorites ever! Oh and extra special since this couch is a family heirloom with a very cool story!
